HMS Zealous later became the "Eilat" and was the "Flagship" of the new Israeli Navy. She was sunk on 4th October 1967 by "Surface to Surface" missiles, fired from over the horizon by an Egyptian "Fast Missile" boat of the "Osa" type, supplied earlier by the "Soviet Russians"
