To purchase "Framed photo prints" of ships featured on this site.
Over the several years that my site has been active I have often been asked whether I "sell" copies of the photo's found upon it. I have always declined to "sell" any as the idea behind the site was to make all of the Images available freely on a "If you can download it and print it out yourself, then it is yours for the taking" basis. Unfortunately, I am now in the position where I have had to resize and compress "all" of the photos, because of webspace problems. This has had the effect of making the photo's virtually useless to download and print out. They will all still appear OK on your monitor though, so as a "viewing platform" my site will remain unchanged.
To get over this problem, a Mr. "Peter Swarbrick" has created a website whereby you can purchase "uncompressed" copies of the images on the "Navyphotos" site, as well as those from other peoples collections, and I recommend a visit to his site by "Clicking" on the link below to make your purchase. His site can be viewed from the following "Link".
At present Peter is offering a variety of sizes, a popular choice being a 7" x 5" print in a 9" x 7" frame mount sealed into a plastic sleeve. If the demand exists he can also supply a 10" x 8" print in a 12" x 10" mount. He is also able to "e-mail" copies to your PC, if that is your wish. He is producing these photos at a cost that must be only just covering his expenses, and I advise you to contact him by "Clicking" on the e-mail address shown below to discuss your needs and method of payment.
If you have seen an Image on "Navyphotos", but it is not yet featured on his site, please contact him and give him the type and name of the ship you are interested in, along with the "coded information" from my site, that refers to the photo.
