Photo 1 above courtesy of Mr. Alexander Monreal. In photo 2, above right, she is seen here sinking in the "English Channel" after being heavily bombed during a fierce attack by "Stukas" 20/04/1940.

Note that her "Bridge Party" and her 3" HA Anti-aircraft gun crew are still closed up and in action against her attackers as she settles beneath them.
